FOUNDER BIOGRAPHY
When it comes to real estate in the Central San Joaquin Valley, there’s no better group of Real Estate professionals to turn to than The Altschuler Group of Re/Max Gold Fresno. Nancy Altschuler has been in the Real Estate business since 2016. She has owned and operated Residential Homecare Services in Fresno for over 30 years which has given her expertise on helping seniors sell their properties in order to provide assets for quality elder care. Through her work and knowledge of the industry, she saw the opportunity to assist RCFE owners with growing or retiring their elder care home businesses. In 2019, Nancy made the move the Re/Max Gold Fresno and started her own team of agents.

TERRANCE TOVAR
BIOGRAPHY
Terrance Tovar is a former RCFE owner and a licensed RCFE administrator. This experience gives him the upper hand in the area of buying and selling licensed RCFE properties.
Before joining the Altschuler Group, I saw Nancy,' successful transition from the care facility industry to the real estate. I saw how her experience proved invaluable in helping business owners maximize their investments. We both have seen where most realtors have little, if any, concept of our industry in terms of what owners are looking for. Most simply want to sell a home. We know we are selling a business and this business has specific and important steps that need to be followed to make a successful transition from one owner to the next.
I am excited to be part of the Altschuler Group. During these ever changing times, ever changing regulations, and the new reality of COVID-19, the attention to detail is more important than ever. ERIC OLSEN
BIOGRAPHY
Eric Olsen was born in Oregon but was raised in The Valley. He graduated from WestPoint, spent ten years as an Army officer, and started his corporate career before moving his wife and four children to California to be close to family and aging grandparents. Since returning to California, Eric has lost three grandparents. In each case, his family didn’t have resources to help make care decisions and had to learn everything themselves. Oasis is a perfect fit for Eric and his wife/co-owner, Amy. They believe faith and family are the most important parts of life. As your care advisor, Eric will help you find the best living arrangement for your individual needs to help you spend time enjoying what you love instead of learning senior care.
